Laboratory Technician to CDMO

Right now, Minerva Imaging is looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), developing lifesaving therapies for cancer patients. This might be your opportunity to make a difference within oncology and work with passionate people!
If you hold 1-3 years of experience in the field of chemistry and have worked with HPLC, then this might be the job for you. However, the most important thing is keen interest, a quick mind, and a willingness to learn.
We aim to excel in delivering customized cancer radiopharmaceutical for clinical research and serve as an extended research team to our collaborators. We have built a globally leading R&D platform and CDMO for targeted radionuclide therapy to enable integrated planning and faster execution of promising new radionuclide clinical trails in close collaboration with leading researchers, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies.
We are in a very fast-paced environment, where you will directly impact the advancement of new improved, and lifesaving drugs for seriously ill cancer patients. We have the ambition to make a difference for our clients, collaborating on advancing new treatment modalities for patients.
The job
In this role, you will be part of an experienced team where learning from your peers and embracing continuous improvement are key. Your curiosity drives you to make progress and advance scientific discovery. Among other responsibilities, your role will include:
- Perform daily manufacturing and QC tasks thoroughly following CDMO and radioprotection procedures including Environmental Monitoring.
- Support process developments and initial production batches for validation for regulatory approvals.
- Support chemistry development work for new radiometal-based tracers as per Minerva pipeline
- Support technical feasibility and optimization of radionuclide production and quality control.
- Support GMP compliance programs both for manufacturing and QC
Qualifications

- You hold an education as a Laboratory Technician/ Biomedical Laboratory Technician or equivalent with 1-3 years experience for Pharma of life science environment.
- You have a GMP mindset, ability to operate efficiently according to pre-established procedures.
- You have good problem-solving skills and a get-it-done/make-it-work attitude.
- You are an excellent team-player.
- You are punctual and take pride in working with high quality work– and can also handle changes with a smile.
- Experience with radioisotopes is an advantage.
