Minerva Imaging is a scientifically driven CRO founded in 2011. Our focus is on the use of advanced oncology models and molecular imaging for translational cancer research and drug development.
We engage with our clients to understand their scientific questions and discuss how our methods and capabilities can provide answers.
Our competences build on more than two decades of research within oncology and molecular imaging performed at the University of Copenhagen and Rigshospitalet, the National University Hospital of Denmark.

What is it like working at Minerva?
Working at Minerva is very variating and rewarding. My job consists of planning and conducting allocated studies and collecting and analyzing obtained data. As a veterinarian, I perform surgical procedures and ensure the well-being of the animals in the facility, administering treatments, and monitoring their overall welfare. It's a fulfilling role that combines my passion for scientific discovery with my dedication to the veterinary field. Every day at Minerva brings new challenges and opportunities to keep me engaged and motivated - from designing innovative experiments to analyzing data and collaborating with experts from different fields. This constant variation stimulates creativity and encourages exploration, embraces change, and fosters a culture of continuous learning.

I have had the pleasure of working as a research scientist, industrial PhD student, Department Manager and recently Project Manager at Minerva Imaging for the past 9 years. I work in the department of Research Management where I manage larger projects and development programs together with our collaborators/sponsors/clients. The Minerva culture is a team-based effort to reach our shared goals. No-one works alone and we lift each other up. To me, the most important Minerva value is Relations. Whether it is towards team members or collaborators/sponsors. To succeed in what we do, especially considering the complexity hereof, I think building and maintaining strong relations is key.
